Aventura Corporate Center at 20801-20807 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, Florida was acquired for the princely sum of $105.28 million by New York-based Renaissance Properties. Sold by Groupe Pacific, the corporate park consists of three office buildings, three parking garages, surface parking, as well as the developmental rights for an additional 346,624 square feet.
